Computer Science and Engineering

The Department was started in the year 1986, has two main computer centers. There are 200 PC’sof advanced configuration exclusively meant for the department out of these 120 terminals are connected to 16 MBPS dedicated  line.

The Department has qualified  and experienced staff members. The department conducts various seminars and workshops for students and  staff from eminent professors. The department has produced excellent results. The Department has dedicated, highly qualified and experienced faculty who are committed to excellence. They are constantly striving to bring creative and innovative methods of teaching to produce quality products. The department is conducting various programs like workshops, guest lectures and seminars for constant knowledge up-gradation of staff and students. These activities help to explore the cutting edge technologies, which keep our students and staff in touch with latest developments in the field of information technology .

The entire Campus is linked with a Fiber Optic Network and the computing facilities as well as Internet services are available round the clock. The computing facilities available in the Department are: Windows 2000 server Mail Server Linux Server
